Terms & Conditions

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their motorcycle is delivered to the administrative address of Foxwood Motorcycle R&R (Foxwood) and to arrange collection when the work has been completed.

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their motorcycle is taxed for use on UK public roads for the entire period that it is in the hands of Foxwood.

  • Foxwood will seek agreement, in advance of receiving the customer’s motorcycle, on the scope of the work to be carried out. However, working on old motorcycles can sometimes reveal some hidden issues so we will keep customers informed of what we find and the work that is being done on their vehicles. We will seek prior agreement to carry out any work or to procure any parts that are beyond the scope of what has been agreed. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to read the information that we provide and to inform Foxwood as soon as possible if they have any concerns.

  • Payment must be made in full prior to collection of the motorcycle. Payment via bank transfer is preferred. Payments made by cheque will require adequate time to clear. The vehicle will not be released until full payment has been received into our bank account.

  • Once the customer has been informed that all work on his/her motorcycle has been completed, it should be collected within one calendar month of the date of first notification. If the motorcycle has not been collected within one calendar month of the date of first notification, Foxwood reserves the right to charge for storage of the vehicle at the rate of £20 per calendar month.
